Our adult bootcamp classes are for ages 18+ and all ability levels. Our friendly instructors keep the training session fun, challenging and upbeat. Each session is a little different and you will work with a wide array of body weight and loaded movements. This class is a great spot to make a friend, break a sweat, and get a great workout!
Pre-Req: 3 months of fitness experience
At this point, kettlebells are now mainstream fitness tools. Most people have heard of them or used them, but many are still unfamiliar with Kettlebell Sport specifically. In this class you will be utilizing cleans, snatches, long cycles, and jerks. This blends strength, endurance, technique, and coordination - resulting in a fun yet challenging workout.
Pre-Req: 3 months of kettlebell-specific training experience
