JDFit is located in downtown Big Rapids and is the central location to all classes, training and instructional courses. Our mission is to promote the growth of an individual using conventional barbell training. It is important to become stronger and to build resiliency to injury.
We do not sell gimmicks, the only thing sell is sound biomechanics and an environment in which I am able to facilitate my modalities.

All of our classes and training sessions revolve around simple biomechanical principles. We teach people how to push, pull, carry, lunge, hinge and squat properly.
These basic movements that we use everyday are put into the gym and made more efficient. The end goal is to not only get people feeling better but moving better as well.
