8 week performance camp designed specifically for the off-season athlete

  • 9/26 - 11/16

  • 2 days per week on Tue/Th, 3:30-4:30pm

  • Ages 9-18

  • Training focusing on

    • Strength

    • Acceleration

    • Flexibility

    • Conditioning

  • Camp includes 3 Proteus Assessments ​(Weeks 1/4/8)
